Trout has a delicate, mild flavor and a tender, flaky texture. Our rainbow trout is native to cold-water tributaries of the Pacific Ocean. The taste of trout can vary depending on the environment in which it was caught, but generally, it has a subtle, nutty flavor with a slightly sweet undertone.
