City Seafood was born from the legacy of Bob's Seafood, a beloved St. Louis fish stand that began in the Delmar Loop. As demand grew, so did the business — expanding into wholesale and moving to a larger space at I-170 and Olive, becoming a go-to for restaurants and seafood lovers alike.
In 2022, when development plans closed Bob’s doors, former VP Mike Vujević partnered with entrepreneur Brad Burns to create City Seafood — blending decades of seafood expertise with a fresh, modern approach. Today, we continue the tradition with premium seafood, online ordering, custom packages, and free local delivery. New name, same mission: the best seafood in the City — with a smile.
