Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or sushi rice)

  • 6–8 oz fresh tuna, sushi-grade, cut into small cubes

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ½ cucumber, sliced

  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, seaweed snacks

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and let it cool slightly.

  2. In a bowl, mix the tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey/sugar.

  3. Assemble the bowl: add rice to the bottom, then tuna on top.

  4. Add avocado, cucumber, and any toppings you like.

Tips
