Ingredients

1–2 lbs salmon fillet
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lemon (sliced)
Salt and pepper
Optional: fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Mix melted butter and garlic, then pour over salmon.
Add lemon slices on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until flaky.
Sprinkle parsley and serve.
