Ingredients
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper
Optional: parsley
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink.
Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
